need help figuring out login setup when I use facebook to login

I have always used facebook to login to instagram.
I can’t figure out how to setup this app to login using my instagram login id since I setup with facebook login.
On instagram, the login id is seperate from teh Facebook login. On facebook you can setup app password and I did that.
But The app won’t accept the password setup in Facebook, So I”m stuck.
